Nashville’s culinary landscape sits at a crossroads: in the past six months, a host of restaurants have opened, some of them independent, some corporately-owned chains. But as massive, two-hundred to four-hundred seat high-end eateries enter the Nashville market, many of the city’s independent restaurants are struggling for survival.
