Mark Wright and Fletcher Foster are respectively President and senior VP/General Manager at Universal South Records, part of the Universal Music Group. Both are veterans of the country music industry, Wright having been a producer and A&R chief at Sony/BMG. Foster was in charge of marketing for Capitol Nashville.
