Introducing the Nashville Public Radio App for iPhone!

iPhone App mockup iPhone and iPod Touch users have a new way to listen to any of Nashville Public Radio’s broadcast channels, including HD2 and our all new music station, Classical 91 One. You can also read transcripts from our news department, access our web site, and use the built in alarm clock.

NOTE: At the moment, you can hear Classical 91 One in our iPhone App by using the listen button for HD3. We hope to release an update soon to fix this workaround.

The WPLN App is free at the iTunes store.

available on app store

I don’t have an iPhone. can I still stream Nashville Public Radio on my smartphone?

Yes. As we make plans to refine our iPhone app and develop one for Android, you can listen to our services through the NPR News app, the TuneIn Radio app, and other radio apps available for Android and other platforms. Any questions about accessing Nashville Public Radio via mobile device? Email mack@wpln.org.
