The state of Tennessee is looking to set a date to execute a man on death row.
Edmund Zagorski was convicted in 1984 of murdering two men in Robertson County. His case has wound through various appeals courts since then, and last month the U.S. Supreme Court rejected his petition for rehearing.
The state already has one execution set for September, and earlier this year moved to set dates for two others.
