1. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be an equine veterinarian for a long time! I had a mid-teen crisis and decided I’d rather go into the entertainment industry.
2. What made you want to work for WPLN News/This Is Nashville?
I really enjoy working in radio, and it was an exciting prospect to be on the ground for a brand-new show. I think it’ll be a very fun challenge.
3. What can listeners expect you to do at WPLN News in the next year?
I plan to keep This is Nashville running smoothly on air for listeners to enjoy!
4. a) Do you consider yourself to be a foodie? b) Any favorite Nashville restaurants so far? c) Any places on your “must try” list?
Not so much a foodie, but I do love a nice bar! The Greenhouse in Green Hills is my personal favorite.
5. What do you like to do for fun outside the office?
I write poetry, and I love to play Animal Crossing. I’ve also become an avid walker in the past couple of years! And I mix music in addition to broadcast work.

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and I moved to Nashville for college.
BONUS 2: What’s your go-to karaoke song? (Not that we’d ever make you sing it.)
