Franklin-based Dialogic Communications Corporation announced (yesterday/this week) that it will soon become a subsidiary of Plant CML. The California company is the nation’s leading provider of technology to 911 call centers.
Dialogic produces equipment for rapidly disseminating information to large groups of people. Vice President Lorin Bristow says the company will benefit from Plant CML’s distribution network. And he says Dialogic will continue marketing its devices to a wide range of customers, not just emergency services.
“That was really one of the draws that we offered to Plant CML, was the ability to kind of expand and enhance their business as well.”
Dialogic currently employs 125 people in Middle Tennessee. Bristow says he does not anticipate any substantial changes to the company’s staffing levels.
