British Land Artist Chris Drury spent the month of October building a limestone chamber atop one of Nashville’s highest hills. Not only will this site-specific piece of public art last for generations, it also demonstrates patterns in nature common to the sky above and the earth below. WPLN’s Susan Knowles reports on the birth of The Star Chamber, a collaboration of astronomy and art. – Drawings and photographs of The Star Chamber under construction can be found on the Dyer Observatory website.
