Tuesday is election day in Davidson County. The county primaries originally scheduled for the week following the flood will happen, with a few changes in polling places.
Voters in precinct 7-4 normally vote at Cornelia Fort Air Park; the new polling place is Aldersgate United Methodist Church on Rosebank Avenue. The poll for precinct 23-4 has been moved from Belle Meade City Hall to Immanuel Baptist Church on Belle Meade Boulevard. And instead of South Harpeth Church of Christ, voting for precinct 35-2 will be at Harpeth Valley School on Old Harding Pike.
The offices decided in today’s election include clerks for juvenile, criminal, circuit, and county courts. The offices of Davidson County Sheriff, Public Defender, Circuit Court Judge, County Clerk, Register of Deeds, and County trustee will also be decided.
