Nashville VA Attacking Patient Backlog With Dedicated Call Center

Listen VA hospitals and clinics in Middle Tennessee are trying to attack their patient backlog by more efficiently handling phone calls. The Tennessee Valley Health Care system has established a central call center, which handles as many as 35,000 calls a month.

David Earl Miller chose to die by electric chair and is challenging the method of execution in what may be his final hours. The 61-year-old, who has spent almost all of his adult life on death row, is scheduled to die Thursday night.
