BNA Bags Direct Service to Boston

Nashville travelers can now book a direct flight to Boston. The center of New England commerce had been the largest market without direct service from BNA.

Nashville International Airport’s largest carrier – Southwest – will offer a daily non-stop flight to Boston Logan beginning in August.

Boston had been at the top of the airport’s list of cities in need of direct service. CEO Raul Regalado is set to retire next month and is pleased with Southwest’s announcement.

“The community asked for this service,” he says in a statement, adding that it took work to “make it a reality.”
