Comdata Adds 120 New Positions in Brentwood

A Brentwood-based company is adding 120 office jobs. Comdata will bring on new people to staff up its regulatory compliance division.

Comdata primarily manages credit cards for businesses that operate large vehicle fleets, like trucking companies. The company also helps businesses with things like filing fuel taxes, tracking permits for oversized loads and managing driver log books. Regulatory compliance has been an area of growth for Comdata, which currently employs 850 people at its headquarters.

The 120 positions will be offset by the closing of a call center in Texas. Some of those employees are expected to transfer.

Comdata has already started the hiring process.
