More than a dozen states offer in-state tuition to undocumented students, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. Could Tennessee be next? A Republican lawmaker from Chattanooga is sponsoring legislation to do just that. WPLN’s Bradley George talks through the proposals with Andrea Zelenski.
