Dell computers plans to sell its nearly 300-thousand square foot manufacturing facility in Lebanon to GENCO Supply Chain Solutions.
Dell says in a statement GENCO will retain all employees and continue refurbishing computers at the plant for the next three years. The company says the outsourcing is part of a larger effort to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
GENCO will take over August 1st. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
