One of Nashville’s most prolific developers has plans to build three new skyscrapers downtown.

The website for Tony Giarratana’s company shows renderings of two buildings near the Country Music Hall of Fame and Music City Center, one housing a hotel, the other retail and apartments.

The largest structure would be at the corner of 5th and Church Streets, the site where he’d once planned to build the so-called “Signature Tower.” There the website shows a dramatic, curved building taller than any already in Nashville. It would have a hotel on the lower levels and about 40 stories of offices above.
