The Nashville airport is touting a sizeable boost in passenger traffic over last year.
4.7 million passengers got on planes at Nashville International over the recently ended fiscal year. That’s a 5.3 percent increase over the previous year.
This summer, BNA set a one-day record for traffic. More than 19,000 travelers moved through the airport on the Monday following the CMA and Bonnaroo music festivals. That’s substantially more than even the busiest day during the holidays.
