Governor Haslam expects federal budget cuts will reduce the amount of money sent to states. He said his administration is preparing for less federal money coming to Tennessee.
“Regardless of how this plays out, the federal government is going to be sending less money to states. You can just bank that.”
The governor listed TennCare and state highway funds as state entities that would lose funding.
