Middle Tennessee’s real estate market continued its downward slide in March.
According to the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, just over 2-thousand home sales closed last month, down nearly 29 percent from the same period the year before. The average single family home costs 5-thousand dollars more than it did a year ago.
