Nashville-based cigar company C-A-O International has been purchased by Henri Wintermans Cigars, USA. C-A-O has operated as a family-run company since its founding in 1968. Its humidors and hand-made cigars are popular with U-S customers. President Tim Ozgener says the alliance with Wintermans will expand the brand into international markets.
Ozgener will retain his position with the company. C-A-O currently employs 23 at its Nashville headquarters, plus another 10 in the region.
