Delishia Porterfield, Quin Evans-Segall, Burkley Allen and Olivia Hill have won the four remaining at-large Metro Council seats.
Hill leads fifth place finisher Chris Cheng by nearly 1400 votes. A navy veteran, she will be the first openly transgender elected official in Nashville history.
Porterfield, currently the councilmember for District 29, and Evans-Segall, vice-chair of Metro government’s Industrial Development Board, emerged as favorites of progressive voters.
Allen, the only incumbent at-large member in the runoff, will serve a second term alongside fellow incumbent Zulfat Suara, the only candidate to clear the 10% threshold in the first round of voting in August.
