TN High Court Agrees to Hear Voter ID Case, After Election

The Tennessee Supreme Court says a Memphis library card will count as voter ID for this election. In an order released Thursday, the high court also said it would hear oral arguments in the politically charged case.

Sumner Ed Tax Splits School Mothers

Proposed taxes are drawing voters to the polls in several Tennessee counties, including Sumner, where a budget battle delayed the start of school by nearly two weeks. A $25 increase in car registrations is splitting voters who consider themselves conservative.

Final Days of Early Voting Produce Long Lines

MTSU Poll: Young TN Voters Flock to Romney

President Obama has lost many of his younger supporters in Tennessee, according to a poll released Tuesday by MTSU. Nearly three-quarters of voters under the age of 45 say they’ll vote Republican.
