NAACP Will Fight to Keep Affirmative Action
The NAACP says they will fight “tooth and nail” against legislators trying to restrict Tennessee affirmative action laws. The bill from Dickson Senator Jim Summerville would prohibit public universities from considering race, gender or ethnicity when admitting students.
