Cold January Put Damper On Nationwide Home Sales, But Not Nashville

Freezing weather in January is expected to put a damper on home sales nationwide, but it didn’t in Nashville. Sales in the area increased, compared to the same month last year.

Time To Move? Nashville Home Sales Matching 2007 Streak

More than 3,000 homes were sold in the Nashville area in August, making the fourth straight month at that pace. It’s a streak not seen since mid-2007.

Bid $30,000 Over Asking Price, And You Still May Lose Out On A Nashville Home

Nashville Home Prices Top $200,000

The median price of a home sold in the Nashville area has crossed $200,000 for the first time ever. The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors says the previous high was set in June of 2007.

Nashville Home Sales Continue To Climb Through April
