Tennessee Lawmakers Near Final Vote On Eliminating Gun Permit Requirement

Tennessee lawmakers are getting close to a final vote on a plan to do away with the state’s gun permit requirement. The measure has passed the Senate and is on track for a vote on the House floor — possibly as soon as next week.

TN AG Says State Can’t Nullify Federal Gun Laws
