Louisiana-Pacific releases its yearly earnings for 2012 this week. The Nashville-based wood products company posted a profit for the first time in two years in the third quarter. Company officials hope the turnaround will continue, thanks to a growing popularity of wood for larger buildings, like condos and mixed-use developments.
