Feds charge alleged white supremacist over 2019 arson at Tennessee school that trained Rosa Parks

A suspect whom authorities have linked to white supremacist movements has been arrested in the March 2019 fire that destroyed an office at a storied Tennessee social justice center. Regan Prater was arrested last Thursday and charged with one count of arson.

White supremacists have made several appearances in Nashville over the past few weeks: marching with swastika flags, interrupting a Metro Council meeting and, last Saturday, screaming racial slurs at a group of young, Black boys who were playing drums downtown.

Shelbyville And Murfreesboro Place Strict Limits On Protesters, Even Banning Selfie Sticks

The city of Murfreesboro released Friday morning an exhaustive list with more than 50 types of items that will not be allowed on site of the white nationalist rally Saturday afternoon. The items include guns and pepper spray to eggs, laser pointers and even balloons.
