Fourteen months ago the FBI raided the offices of State Representatives Robin Smith, R-Hixon; Glen Casada, R-Franklin; and Todd Warner, R-Chapel Hill. The raid kicked off a federal corruption probe at the state capitol. Smith was indicted on a wire fraud charge on Monday and resigned from her seat in the Tennessee legislature soon after.
