Predators general manager David Poile says the shortened season will be more exciting because every game has more of an impact on the post season.
And he says hockey lovers should feel confident that there’s not another lockout lurking.
“The good news is that we’ve got a collective bargaining agreement for ten years. That’s a long time to be a fan, so come on back.”
It’s possible there will be one or two home games this month, but because of scheduling conflicts at Bridgestone Arena, Poile says the Predators will be away for a while.
