What’s More Rare Than A Cougar Sighting in Tennessee? A Photograph of One, Says TWRA

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency says there’s been a possible cougar sighting in the northwest part of the state. “We occasionally get reports of sightings.  But very rarely, if ever, do we get any photographic evidence or find any remains or anything like that,” said TWRA spokesman Don King.

Tennessee Foster Care’s Court-Ordered Scrutiny Could Soon End

Listen Tennessee’s Department of Children’s Services — which oversees foster care — is closer than ever to ending a federal lawsuit that’s been ongoing for 15 years. DCS was required to treat foster children better and has made “substantial progress,” as reported in court Monday.
