Charter School Teachers: More Flexibility, More Turnover

Of Metro’s 5,000 teachers, roughly 100 work in charters. While they make up a small group, for the most part they’re very similar to traditional public school teachers. Both are certified and both want kids to succeed. The differences lie in the way the school day plays out and the demands placed upon them. WPLN’s Anne Marshall reports.
