Nashville airport officials say Sunday, December 26th, will be the busiest day of the holiday travel week. Airport spokeswoman Emily Richard says they’re expecting 12,000 passengers to come through Nashville the day after Christmas.

WWII Vet Remembers Invasion of Italy
When Pearl Harbor was bombed, Harold Mason was 21-year old mapmaker working for the Army Corps of Engineers in Memphis. He was quickly drafted into the Army and went from mapping the Mississippi River to mapping the beaches of Normandy and other Allied targets. One of the maps he drew was for his own unit’s invasion of Italy in 1943.
