Tennessee and Nashville are making plans to reopen for business in early May.
On Thursday, Mayor John Cooper released a four-phase approach that will gradually let restaurants, bars and other businesses open their doors. And Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee says his administration will put out a statewide plan on Friday.
