A Metro Council proposal to ban smoking and vaping, even in 21-and-up bars, makes an exception for cigar bars. But hookah lounges and a new cannabis restaurant could be forced to change their businesses if the ordinance passes.

Tennessee Republicans Are Drafting New Regulations In Response To Vaping Illness

Tennessee legislators are staking out their positions on vaping and writing new proposals amid the outbreak of vaping-related lung illness, which has resulted in two deaths in the state and 47 nationwide, according to the Centers for Disease Control.

Meharry Students Press Their Medical School On Why It’s Taking Money From Juul

Meharry Plans Research On Vaping, Funded By JUUL
