Going After Paper Flyers
Paper flyers advertising concerts will no longer blanket utility poles in Davidson County. At least that’s the aim of a new bill Metro Council members approved last month. It expands who can be fined for posting signs in the public right-of-way. Band and club promoters say they don’t like it, and question whether anyone is really going to enforce the new law.
